It is true that the website that Rania provided is very useful. We'd better use wholewheat flour, organic butter, organic sugar, free-range eggs to make cakes. Also eating cakes as soon as possible is also a healthy way to enjoy the yummy one. :D
Due to cake making next Friday, i manage to find some general introductions about cakes making.

Another suggestion is: we should better choose fresh fruits to add into the cake instead of Brazil nuts, chocolates, sultanas and raisins because they all have bad chemical substances or the technical ways makers use are not good for our health.
But this is not important for the cake making we will do next Friday as we will just make a normal cake which will be used to contrast with the healthiest cake we will make and refined 'THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW'.
